Five friends doing Farming & small indual business have decided that should do jointly a business which not be a source of income but should be beneficial & useful to marginal farmer’s of India especially in Saurashtra. Rural transport was very poor on those days (1999) in Saurashtra, most of the villager’s are travelling in govt. State transport bus and private bus and the services are very limited. Again all the five friends get together in the short time of period and decided to make a rural transport auto rickshaw type of vehicle. After a long period of research and development TRISHUL AUTO RICKSHAW been launched with all required govt. approval from A.R.A.I. Pune in 1999. Today 2500 to 3000 TRISHUL AUTO RICKSHAW were sold by the company without any dealer net work direct from the company, the amount of dealer margin which is being used for manufacturing a quality product and the best after sales service today. TRISHUL AUTO RICKSHAW has a good name in Saurashtra as a quality product. These all valuable customers demanded to the company to manufacture a small mini tractor for their small land holding totally depends on Monsoon. Big land holding farmer’s are the owner of higher H.P. Tractor using there tractors for rental purpose too, after finishing their farming. Small/marginal farmers are totally depended upon them or bullock cart for farming.
In the year 2002-03, second generation of all five farmer’s friend partner’s have took over the charge and are also coming to the company and small tech. and official work. The sound of valuable farmer’s it is been decided to manufacture of a mini tractor in 2002-03. After a honest and team efforts of the company managed to launch TRISHUL MT-625 DI TRACTOR in the year 2003-04 with all required govt. approval from CFMTTI Budni and NABARD. First year company have sold 15 tractors only. This year was crucial but good for development of product as per the requirements of INDIAN MARGINAL FARMER’S. Company always believe that CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT and on this slogan the TRISHUL MINI TRACTOR became the Mini Tractor of marginal/small farmer’s of Saurashtra, Gujarat. Company started with tractor business in the year 2001-02 and now spared up the network in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Karnataka. The capacity of Trishul Tractor plant is 1600 to 1800 Tractors per annum.
Company have recently started export of tractor to NEPAL and inquiries were received from SOUTH AFRICA too.
Newly modified TRISHUL MT-625 DI model is well equipped with modern hi-tech AUTOMATIC DRAFT CONTROL HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. The new look of Trishul Mini Tractor is very much appreciated by the Indian farmer’s for its short turning radius/high pulling power and best after sales service. The easy availability of spare parts throughout the country and repairable at any tractor workshop to buyer’s place is also an additional feature for the popularity of Trishul Mini Tractor. These all attracted small farmer’s to become the owner of Trishul Mini Tractors.
